Hayle Barise Technical Development Centre is a dynamic and inspirational place to study, merging raw technical talent with academic brilliance.
HBTDC provides a unique service through the use of state-of-the-art equipment and modern teaching standards.
Where we are based
HBTDC is located in the Yaqshid District of Mogadishu, Somalia. The campus hosts three main blocks, the administrative block, fabrication block and the Solar Excellence Centre.
These blocks facilitate theoretical and practical studies tailored to the centre’s training program.
The mass of the centres training activities takes place onsite, however trainees are also taken offsite to complete on-the-job training.
